actor has said, that he could
play the hero for another 50 years, given the general
trend in Malayalam cinema.
Prithvi was talking at a press
conference that was
organized to promote his new
film 'Manikyakallu'. Prithvi said that the film, that
has been well appreciated,
had some inherent goodness
in it, and hence he had
decided to be a part of it.
When asked about the reasons for making his
marriage an absolutely
private affair, Prithvi
explained that he didn't want
his wife, who is a reporter
with the BBC to be troubled because of her husband's
star status, when she would
be in Kerala to cover the
state assembly election news.
Also, he added that he
wanted to get married before his father's
photograph, and hence
decided that the wedding
would be a very private
affair.
When quizzed if he thought that his market value has
sunk post-marriage, Prithvi
said that no such thing has
happened. Actress Samvrutha
Sunil and director Mohanan
