It was sparkling as we got to
work with some really good
actors. Genelia lerned in Kalari
for dual weeks and she also
learnt equine riding. For actors
like Genelia, it was a opposite knowledge and actors like her
wish to do a opposite kind of
cinema. I wanted Vidya Balan to do a
daasi aattam and she also lerned
for one and a half weeks for
that. She wanted to do all and
we like this kind of commitment. I know Amol Gupte from a FTII
days. He, Aamir Khan, etc were
there during a FTII when we was
a student, to make Holi. I know
him from then. we favourite a
physique denunciation he brought in as a Thampuran in
Urumi. It is engaging to see such
a physique language. Then, there is Jagathy
(Sreekumar) who is an
extraordinary actor. He and Amol
done a good combination. Prithviraj was there as an actor
and he was also a producer.
Other than acting, he was also
assisting a others with a
dialogues. I also had so many good actors
together in Before a Rains. These days, generally when we
wish to strech out to people
outside a country, we put
together so many actors of
calibre.
