Thriller' to release on Nov. 17

He tweeted: "Joined City of God today. Its a riveting script. Thriller is looking to be super fun. 17th of Nov it is...DCP Niranjan."

Yes, his 'Thriller', in which he plays police commissioner Niranjan, will be released on November 17. The actor has posted an official poster of the movie as well. The B Unnikrishnan directed movie is based on the investigation into a highway killing, a la Paul Muthoot murder, say sources.

In 'City of God', directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery, Raju's costars in the lead are his brother Indrajith, Swetha Menon, Parvathy and Rima Kallingal. 

Prithviraj's 'Thriller' Ready For Releasing ( Nov 17)

Post the thumping success of 'Anwar', another high voltage Prithviraj film is getting ready behind the scenes. The sensational political thriller has the young superstar in the role of a daredevil cop, who is entrusted with the task of nabbing the true culprits in the murder of the heir to a premiere business family. Though it is believed that the movie is a take on the Paul Muthoot murder case, director B Unnikrishnan denies it.



Catherine, a Malayali actress who is busy in Tollywood, makes her debut in Malayalam with this movie. The cast of the film includes Siddique, Lalu Alex, Vijayaraghavan, Prajan, Riyaz Khan, P Sreekumar, Mallika Kapoor and Uma Padmanabhan.
