Tejabhai would be my first full-length comedy role : Prithviraj

superstar Prithviraj is all excited about his new project 'Tejabhai and Family' to be
directed by Deepu Karunkaran.
"Tejabhai is going to be my first full length comedy role," says Prithvi. "There would be elements of comedy in the
manners and movements of
Tejabhai. At the same time, it would be in a very stylish way that the story would be
presented." Prithvi says that the film
would have all the elements of a good entertainer.
Deepu had earlier directed two films; 'Crazy Gopalan'
starring Dileep and 'Winter' starring Jayaram.

Prithvi on a full length comedy

“This is the first full length comedy film in which I am casted in comic style. The movie planned in a stylish way will also have all elements for a decent family entertainer” says Prithviraj about his new project ' Teja Bhai and family'. Directed by Deepu Karunakaran after his previous hit 'Crazy Gopalan', the movie will tell a humorous love story in the backdrop of underworld. 'No films in the past with dons as heroes dealt with the lighter side of them. It was one such thought that led me into this film' says Deepu who also scripts the movie. 'Teja Bhai and Family' will have locations at Malaysia and Thiruvananthapuram. The movie will have 15 days of shoot at Malaysia. The movie produced by Santha Muraleedharan and P K Muraleedharan in the banner of Anantha films is expected to be on sets at the capital city, by the 29th of March. Meanwhile, Prithviraj will have his big budget flick 'Urumi' released by the 31st of March.
